September Information

Believe it or not the end of summer is sadly upon us!

Thank you again for your patience in the transitions that occurred this summer.

Below are a few updates and reminders...

Family Information Survey:

It is that time of year again...we need your updated Family Information! 

It is very similar to what you have completed in years past and upon entering the program; however, some of the numbers may have changed. We use this information to receive grant funding each year. Please fill out the new information sheet so we can provide current information for each family.

If you are uncomfortable with filling out an online survey, feel free to come to CMC and we will provide a hard copy for you to complete. 

Please note that all the information will remain confidential and will only be used for grant funding. Please fill out the survey as soon as possible, as it is vital to funding our programs. 

You will not be able to work in September until you have completed the survey.

September Schedule Request:

The September Schedule Request can be found under current documents. Please remember these are due August 15th. We will not be accepting late schedules unless a valid excuse is given BEFORE the 15th.

Youth Alive and Youth Advisory Council Applications:

Youth Alive and Youth Advisory Council are now accepting applications. These can also be found under current documents and are due on August 17th.

Cookout:

The End of Summer Cookout / OMNI (MANDATORY) will be on August 17th from 4-6. Location is TBD and details will be sent out shortly.

Training:

MNHS make-up training is August 20th from 9-1 at Geier

CHM make-up training is August 27th from 9-1 at Geier

We are still working out make-up training dates for the Art Museum. Please continue to be patient with us.

September All Youth Day Trip:

We are tentatively  planning to have an all youth day trip September 25th. Details and location will follow shortly. This will be open to all youth, but spots will be limited.

Future YP Events:

We are updating the Google Calendar with events for this coming year. Please keep an eye on the dates and keep in mind they are subject to change-but mark your calendar for all the fun and exciting opportunities!!
