Reminders & October Information :)

Wednesday August 31st: YA and YAC applications due. They can be found under "current documents"

September 7th: YAC 4-6 at GEIER.

September 14th: Scholarship Fair at the Freedom Center from 10-2. Please let us know if you need an excuse note for your school. Youth Alive! 4-6 at GEIER.

September 15th: October schedule requests are due. Remember to turn your schedule in on time or let us know why it will be late or you will not be placed on the schedule. The schedule request is under "current documents." 

September 21st: OMNI meeting 4 pm - 6 pm at Geier. Please remember this is mandatory.

Saturday September 24th: CAM Make-up training 1pm-4pm. This training session is a combined session of A and B, so if you missed either one or both you must attend. You cannot work until you have attended this training.

Sunday September 25th: The all youth trip has been postponed. Please be on the look out for the rescheduled date. In the meantime, if you would like to work Sunday 9/25 please let us know.

October 8th & 9th: The Mini Maker Fair will take place at the Hamilton County Fair Grounds. We do not have shift times yet, but if you would like to work this event please circle it on your October Schedule Request.

October 16th: CAM supplemental training 11-1:30 at CAM. This is MANDATORY for all MNHS and CHM youth, as well as DECM Youth who work at CAM. It will be from 11-1:30 at CAM. 

October 19th: YAC Halloween Overnight Permission slips due. OMNI 4-6 at GEIER.

October 29th-30th: YAC Halloween overnight. Permission slips can be found under "current documents" and are due October 19th.

Family Information Surveys: We have received most Family Information Surveys-THANK YOU! This is a huge help! Please remember you cannot work until you have completed the survey. The survey can be found here: https://goo.gl/forms/g4OvLE9VnCM0kaN32

Uniforms: Please remember that your CAM binder is a part of your uniform. You should have your binder, a watch, belt, and proper pants and shirt. 

CAM Arrival: Due to the hours of CAM, we encourage youth to arrive between 10:45-11 if they are scheduled for the early shift. The building is not open prior to this time.
