Housekeeping

Just some housekeeping reminders to keep in mind as we start this new year!
  • Be sure to turn in your first semester grades for the 2014-2015 school year by January Omni

  • SENIORS: Please have your senior information sheets with you at the January Omni (it is available on the blog)

  • Turn in your schedules by the 15th of each month (ex: February schedules are due January 15th)

  • Once you have submitted your schedule, check the Google calendar at the end of the month (ex: If you submit your schedule on January 15th, check at the end of January) to know which days you have been scheduled. You may not have received all the days you submitted, but it is your responsibility to check the Google calendar and know which days you are working. (The link to the calendar is always in the signature of every Youth Programs email)

  • If you are calling off, whether it is two days before or two hours before your shift, you MUST call the hotline (hotline numbers are also always in the signature of every Youth Programs email). Please state your name clearly as well as the reason why you are calling off (do not just say "I can't make it today), and a phone number where you or a parent/guardian can be reached.

  • Because Omni meetings and Supplemental Trainings are mandatory, it is your responsibility to let Youth Programs staff know that you will not be able to attend, either via email or on the hotline. Missing Omnis and training will affect your eligibility to attend museum trips, the College Tour, the Big Summer Trip and apply for a paid position. It is better to call in(which does not count against you) than not show up at all (which does count against you).

  • A 2015 Youth Programs calendar has been uploaded to the blog. It includes events and meeting dates for Youth Programs from January until September of this year. Be note that events and dates are subject to change. The calendar will be updated as changes are made.
