Hello,
Announcing the 2019 Session of Project Alpha. Project Alpha (PA) is a national program developed by Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc and sponsored locally by the Delta Gamma Lambda (DGL) Chapter. Project Alpha provides an opportunity for young males between the age of 12 – 18 to engage in open discussion about responsible behavior in personal relationships. This program calls attention to:
- Respect and Responsibility in Relationships,
- Adolescent Pregnancy and Parenthood,
- Protecting Yourself and Your Partner,
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases,
- Intimate Violence in Relationships
- The Law as it pertains to you (teens).
Discussions are facilitated by Doctors, Police Officers and other men who want to see our young men make wise decisions and to reduce unplanned pregnancies. Project Alpha 2019 will take place on Saturday, November 2 at the Cincinnati Museum Center, 1301 Western Avenue, 45203. Everything is FREE. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to our participants. However, registration and parental (guardian) consent are required.
