The event will take place at the Lincoln Recreation Center at 1027 Linn St Cincinnati, Ohio 45203
You make bring ONE additional individual with you. Your parents/guardians are welcome to attend if they would like! Below is a brief overview of some of the opportunities that will be available:

     Makey Makey: Makey Makey is an invention kit for the 21st century. Turn everyday objects into touchpads and combine them with the internet.

·   Bloxels: A hands-on platform for kids to build, collaborate, and tell stories through video game creation.

·         Cameras: We will have polaroid style cameras and digital cameras

·         Photoshop: Using the photos taken with the digital cameras the participates will have an opportunity to try their hand at some photo editing.  We will have photo printers on hand to print out their creations.

·         LittleBits: littleBits makes a platform of easy-to-use electronic building blocks empowering everyone to create inventions, large and small

·         Green Screen: Using a green screen and an iPad the participants will able to create short videos with different backgrounds, even outer space, without ever leaving the room.

·         Amazon Alexa and Phillips Hue: Used Alexa to turn the lights on and off, and change color.  You can also ask Alexa to search the web or sing for you.

·         Robots: There will be a couple different remote control robots that move around and complete different tasks.

·         Drone and Virtual Reality Demo: A drone will be flying overhead throughout the event capturing photos and videos while you explore the other stations and you may have the opportunity to wear the Virtual Reality goggles to experience the event from the drone’s perspective.
