Summer Update-Important Information!
We apologize for the delay in the schedule request. Please be patient with us as we make our transition to the Art Museum.
-July Schedules are available under "current documents"....HOWEVER; please read this important information regarding Art Museum Training (DECM YOUTH THIS INCLUDES YOU!)
*** Due to our transition to the Cincinnati Art Museum, youth in MNHS and CHM will be unable to work on the floor July 1st - July 10th. [You may still work in Day Camps and DaVinci if you are trained].
*** You will need to attend TWO training sessions in order to work at the Art Museum [This is MANDATORY for MNHS and CHM Youth, but is also open to DECM Youth]. You will notice training dates labeled as "session A" and "session B" on the July Schedule request. You must attend one of each session. Sessions must be attended in order (A and then B). You will NOT be able to work if you have not attended these dates. There is a limit on the number of youth that may attend each session. To help accommodate all youth, please CIRCLE ANY training dates you are able to attend.
***The Art Museum is CLOSED every Monday. Please make sure that you take this into consideration as you turn in your July Schedules. There will be no youth at the Art Museum on Mondays.
-For those youth who would like to work Day Camps and could not attend the first training, there is another training June 14th from 5-7pm in Comet. Please let us know if you are going to attend this training ahead of time.
-Eco-Challenge has been moved to Wednesday July 27th from 8 AM - 5 PM. The permission slip is due July 20th and is available under "current documents."
-OMNI is cancelled for the month of July. We will meet again in August.
-Due to the closings/renovation, Youth Alive! has been cancelled until further notice.
-YAC will be on Wednesday July 6th from 4 pm - 6 pm.
