September Information

• October Schedule Requests are due September 15th. They can be found on the blog under "Current Documents" or in Youthville.
• YouthAlive! will be holding an Open House on Wednesday, September 10th from 4 to 6pm. Please let us know if you will be in attendance.
• Friday, September 12th, is FREE FRIDAY! If you haven't signed up already and you would like to work Free Friday, please let a Youth Programs staff member know so that you can be added to the schedule.
• Cincinnati Mini Maker Faire is coming to Cincinnati Museum Center on September 13th and 14th. For more information, please visit www.cincinnnatimakerfaire.com
• Youth Programs will be hosting a Career Night on Wednesday, September 17th. Parent/Guardians - We are still looking for a few speakers, please contact us if you have anyone in mind.
• We are again hosting a Scholarship Fair on Thursday, September 18th from 10am to 2pm. If you need a note to excuse you from school to attend the fair, please let us know and we will have one for you.
• Business Partners Weekend is from September 27th to September 29th.
• MNHS - Fossil Fest is on October 18th and Bat Fest is on October 25th. When making your schedule, please keep in mind that we will need extra help on the floor those days---both shifts!
• YAC will be hosting its Fall Overnight on October 25th starting at 6pm. It will end on October 26th at 9am. More information at the beginning of next month!
• CHM - Holiday Junction Training begins on October 25th. Please see the previous blog post or check your email regarding other training days. Remember, if you do not attend ONE (1) training session, you will not be allowed to work on the museum floor while Holiday Junction is here.
• Cincinnati Museum Center's next special exhibit, Mummies of the World, opens on November 26th!
