February Announcements

CMCYP February Announcements:

• Please make every effort to have your schedules changes in by Thursday, this will allow us to make changes in a timely manner. Request after Thursday may not be honored.

• Please make sure you are in the correct uniform! Remember— khaki, black or navy blue chinos (khaki material). NO stretch pants, jeans or tight leggings.

• Winter weather is upon us! Snow day information:
• If CPS is closed CMCYP is closed! This includes meetings. In other words, if CPS schools are closed then we will not have any shifts, events or meetings at CMC
• If inclement weather hits on a weekend and we decide to close the program phone calls and emails will be sent early in the morning. You can expect an email by 8:00 a.m. and a phone call by 9:00 a.m.
• We value your safety above all else, if you are hesitant to drive please don’t! You will not be penalized for calling in. Please just give us as much notice as possible.

• If you would like comp tickets you must have Kristen’s signature before you turn the form into the kiosk. Do not turn in any forms without her signature!

• We’re seriously lean on the late shifts on the weekends (12-5 Sat and 1-6 Sun). If you can switch please let us know and please keep this in mind when making your February schedules!
