Description


The Procter & Gamble Careers in Business Initiative Program offers you a chance to: 1) Attend a one-day Careers Day program at Procter & Gamble Worldwide Headquarters and 2) Interview during Careers Day for a possible Summer Apprenticeship.

At Careers Day you will have an opportunity to learn how P&G is organized and talk with successful women of color in the Company. You'll learn about P&G's commitment to diversity, gain insight into all business areas, and interview for an 8 week Full-time
Apprenticeship for the summer following your graduation from high school and subsequent summers rotating through different areas of the Company. 




Women selected for an Apprenticeship with Procter & Gamble will have an opportunity to work Full-time for 8 weeks in the summer. You'll receive business & technical training, perform tasks that are a match with your skills, have a real "hands-on" experience and "own" significant responsibilities. You'll receive coaching and experienced managers will evaluate your performance. Also, you will have an opportunity to meet over 30 former Apprentices from local high schools and be a part of social and community service activities.

Qualifications


To have your application reviewed for Careers Day, you must be a high school senior and have the following qualifications: submit a letter of recommendation by a teacher or counselor, be a leader in your school or community, have held officer positions in organizations, good academic record including GPA (unweighted) of 3.5 or higher, intend to continue your education, and desire to learn more about Business & Technical opportunities before entering college. Please submit your Resume and Letter of Recommendation under the Resume/Attachments section of the online application.
